ABOUT ME

I was raised in a small farming community from the Sacramento delta, and at some point came thru the Caldecott tunnel and discovered a big world out there.

I have been fascinated by human relationships lifelong and have been curious about how we tick, and how to expand my own options to live life better, with real satisfaction, improved problem solving, honoring myself and protecting my vulnerabilities.  One goal in my life has been to figure out exactly who I was from the  inside out, sort out what came from how I was raised, what was my genetic temperament, and how my life development shaped me.   ,

I have been married twice, the last one still cooking after 39 years together.  I have been blessed with two sons, and grateful that they are well married, parenting their kids well, and have found meaningful professions.

I have also enjoyed painting people, in all walks of life, for several decades.  I maintain a studio at Hunters Point in the Shipyard where I explore what creativity can offer.
